Since 2000, Thalassa has been a true family-run restaurant, rooted in tradition and hard work. We are more than just a team—every member, from the kitchen to the staff, is part of our family. Our passion for food and service runs deep, shaped by generations of dedication.

 

Our family has a long history with both the sea and the land. For years, we were fishermen, and that experience still guides us today. We only serve the freshest fish, caught with care and respect for the sea. Alongside this, we are proud winemakers, sharing our passion for fine wine with every meal. Each glass of wine at Thalassa is a reflection of the generations that have perfected the craft.

 

We also take pride in using the purest ingredients, especially the olive oil from our very own olive trees. This oil, used exclusively in our dishes, is the heart of our kitchen. Every plate is also touched by the unique flavors of our wood oven, infusing each dish with rich, smoky notes that elevate the dining experience.
